Apologies for being M.I.A. our fabulous family vacation in Three Rivers, CA was so much fun that I am wiped out. The heat hasn’t been helping my exhaustion either.
We got back on the Harley and made our way to Bridgeport, CA. I couldn’t believe all of the fruit tree groves both heading to Three Rivers and Bridgeport. On our way to Bridgeport we knew we had to go around Yosemite as we didn’t get a reservation time. However our GPS took us the wrong way and we ended up at the entrance of Yosemite. I was so nervous pulling to the gate just knowing they were going to make us turn around and it was so hot! Thankfully by some act of kindness the ranger let us go in. What a blessing he was.
Our stay in Bridgeport was very unique we had a yurt on the lake. Beautiful setting but after being pampered so much having to walk to bathrooms and fight through the hatching of flies was not my cup of tea. The stars however were absolutely breathtaking. Just check out the gas prices in this town.
