The ride from Thatcher, AZ to Buckeye, AZ was our first test of desert heat. It was everything they say even in the movies HOT!
We made our special stop at Dixxon flannel co warehouse. The blacktop was so hot through the city. The air in the store was much needed.
After that stop we made our way to our Airbnb in Buckeye, AZ. The place we stayed couldn’t have been better. They had a small pool to which we went straight into after arriving as I was overheated. Yes, I got in trouble for not saying anything sooner. I just wanted to get there so never mind that my face was bright red and my mask was wet with sweat.
